The Apple Centre’s objective is to ensure that you receive the very best possible service and support. To assist in this process, please review the following disclaimer.

NB: Diagnostics/ assessments are charged at R350 but included in repair costs. Upgrades/Repairs not collected within 21 days will be sold/recycled to defray costs. Water damage repairs carry no warrantee. While you wait services are available on appointment only. While you wait services are subject to availability of spares. Repairs carry a 1 year warrantee on workmanship and part, excluding negligence and malicious damage due to user/other intervention.

Data Protection and Authority

The Apple Centre is not liable for loss of data, your confidential, proprietary, or personal information. Before you bring your device for any service consultation, we request that you make a backup of your data. Please remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information if you feel necessary to do so.

Limitation of Liability

The Apple Centre and it’s affiliates will under no circumstances, whether direct, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any service consultation or services, including but not limited to the cost of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data, the failure to maintain the confidentiality of data, or any loss of business, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Apple Centre does not warrant that it will be able to (i) Repair or replace device/s without risk to or loss of programs or data, and (ii) maintain confidentiality of data.
